What We Do

We are a locally owned family business

1.     You have the convenience and privacy of arranging everything online from the comfort of your home. Submitting all necessary information through our website marks the initiation of our professional relationship with your family.

2.     Upon completion of the initial form and payment, our team will promptly respond to respectfully transfer your loved one from their place of death into our care.

3.     You will receive an email for the legal next of kin to complete the legal cremation authorization form, identification and vital statistics necessary information for the death certificate, and identity form for review and electronic signatures.

4.     We will handle the filing and submission of all legal documents required to obtain a cremation permit. This process can take 8-12 business days, but is also dependent on the medical examiner in the county where death occurred. Once we obtain the necessary permit, the cremation process will proceed.

5.     We will also handle the registration of the death certificate in the county where death occurred and notify the Social Security Administration.

6.     Following the completion of the cremation, you will be notified by email and arrangements will be made to return your loved one back into your care.

7.     Once the death certificate is signed by the appropriate doctor, you will be notified by email. Death Certificates can then be obtained at any health department in the state that death occurred. Some states offer a way to order death certificates online.
